I also expect the RoyalGreen direct developer price to be competitive when comparing its pricing to other new launches in the neighbourhood.

If we’re to look at the track record of the developers, Allgreen properties, we see that they have developed many premium condos in Singapore. These include Fourth Avenue Residences and Juniper Hill luxury condominium. For RoyalGreen, Allgreen Properties has engaged award-winning ADDP Architects LLP as the architect for this project. I personally find the facilities to be top notch.

I think that the prime RoyalGreen location, nearby amenities, potential return on investment and generally luxurious units will outweigh any cons potential home buyers may find.
