The only qualm is the relatively small unit size, especially for the smaller units on the spectrum which are not as spacious as the usual full-sized condos.
However, that is not a problem for the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units, so it’s solely a matter of need and choice. If you have the desire and means to go for a bigger unit at 19 Nassim, the location and the sheer luxury make this development a very attractive investment indeed.
It may not come cheap, but 19 Nassim seems to be worth every penny, especially considering where it is situated and the plans for the development. Just within 300 meter away from the future Napier MRT ( Thomson East Coast Line) and its close proximity to various shopping malls, do consider going down to check it out for yourself!
