Parc Clematis Site Plan

Amenities

Parc Clematis has outstanding condo facilities and amenities available for its residents. Singhaiyi Group has put in extra thought to ensure that its residents’ needs are met; even going as far as to have a premium 24-hour concierge service available.

Instead of merely having one 50-meter lap pool, Parc Clematis offers its residents three such lap pools, two jacuzzi baths, a pets’ lawn, a hydrotherapy pool and pavillions meant for dining and relaxation.

To enjoy communal living in Parc Clematis, developers have provided up to 400,000 square feet of facilities, all of which are divided into five groups. Here are the names of the five divisions: Relax*, Relax, Balance, Active, Active*.

For instance, you’ll find Lawn 2, a Dining Deck, a Reflexology Garden, a Hydrotherapy Pool and more in Relax. Then, in Relax*, you’ll find Lawn 1, a Rain Garden, a Community Garden, a Rain Spa Pavilion, and even a Cabana. With so many facilities available, Parc Clematis residents will have lots to choose from and they’ll get to use them to their heart’s content.

Moreover, the tower blocks were built in a north-south orientation, such that the apartment view won’t be directly facing Ayer Rajah Expressway. The blocks are also built with sufficient distance between one another to ensure that residents get their necessary privacy and can avoid facing the walls of each block when they look out of their windows.

Plus, the tower blocks were specially built at an elevated height above the 1st storey level, so that residents at the 2nd storey block can overlook the lower rise clusters without obstructed views. This strategic placement allows all Parc Clematis residents to take delight in the greenery of the lower floors.

To top things off, because this placement allows the units to receive more sunlight and better ventilation, residents won’t need to fret about their laundry not drying properly due to poor infrastructural planning.

Last but not least, another appealing factor is that the units at Parc Clematis have plenty of provisions. It varies from unit to unit, but the brands provided include Electrolux, Vintec, Kohler, Franke and Grohe.

What Parc Clematis residents can expect are Induction hobs, Gas hobs, built-in telescopic hood, fridge, washer/dryer, built-in microwave/oven and et cetera. For those keen to find out more about what appliances are provided, remember to take a look at the showroom for more information.

If you want a condo with easy commute access, here are some other choices that are within a 10-minute walk from an MRT station:

Unique Selling Points

Parc Clematis Terraces ViewThe unique selling point of Parc Clematis is that this private residential development offers penthouses and terraces.

It certainly isn’t every day that you see a luxurious condominium offering such a diversity of mixed units. Plus, given that the whole estate has so many different blocks, the views outside one’s window will definitely be unlike any other.

Who Should Buy A Unit In Parc Clematis

This development is perfect for anyone looking to own a private luxury home because of how it offers an extensive unit mix for potential home buyers to choose from. There are the usual bedroom units such as the 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom and 5 bedroom dual key units. Aside from these, there are also other options and unit types like “Dual Key”, “Study”, and “Premium” bedrooms to choose from.

Additionally, there’s also a penthouse unit that ranges from 1,991 to 2,670 square feet, the corner Terrace at 3,466 square feet and a Terrace at 2,659 square feet. The most expensive option would be the Bungalow, with an estimated area of 3,832 square feet.

Depending on which unit you choose, you’ll get either a Lina Cream tile, a Paloma Ivory Marble or top quality Volakas marble polished finish if you’re looking to purchase the Bungalow. Moreover, the market value of the property will be high due to the promising district for Jurong – Jurong Innovation District and Jurong Lake District.

Our Review on Parc Clematis

While it is true that Parc Clematis isn’t a five-minute walk away from Clementi MRT Station, it is nevertheless situated between two of Singapore’s largest commercial nodes; the Jurong Business district (Jurong Lake District) and one-north, which is near Buona Vista. Moreover, Parc Clematis has an excellent transportation network where there are MRT stations such as Jurong East MRT and Clementi bus interchange nearby. Additionally, Clementi mall shopping mall is just a stone’s throw away.

For those working at either of these commercial nodes, they’ll find it a breeze to commute from Parc Clematis to work because of its great location. The condo also has close proximity to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE), which make it easier for drivers to go to Orchard Road or Raffles Place. Also, for families that have children schooling in schools such as National University of Singapore, Nan Hua Primary School, Pei Tong Primary School, or Clementi Town Secondary or any other nearby schools, they won’t need to fret about transportation issues since Parc Clematis is relatively near them.

More so, because the schools range from primary, tertiary to post-graduate education, residents’ children can easily enrol themselves into a nearby school when furthering their education.

Conclusion

Within close proximity to Clementi MRT, the condo location can’t get any better. It beats the other condominiums with its high-quality facilities. The developers made sure to not build unnecessary or excessive balcony spaces so that potential homebuyers will be paying for the exact unit size that they want.

Singhaiyi Group’s Pasir Ris One, a public housing project, wasn’t a big hit with homebuyers because there were some quality issues regarding the construction and infrastructure. However, Parc Clematis’ workmanship and designs are certainly more promising and are comparable to other quality residential developments.
